About Servicore
Building care from a property manager’s perspective.
Servicore grew out of firsthand experience in building maintenance. We know how quickly a missed cleaning becomes a resident complaint, and how much time a property manager can spend chasing an update.
We provide common-area cleaning and floor care for multi-residential buildings across Toronto. We start by walking the building with you to understand where residents spend time, which floors take the most wear, and when our team can work with the least disruption. From there, we agree on a cleaning schedule, check the work regularly, and give you one person to call who follows each issue through to resolution.

Are you insured and WSIB covered?
Yes. We carry $2 million in commercial general liability insurance and active WSIB coverage. We provide a WSIB clearance certificate before work starts, and we can name your building on our certificate of insurance.
How quickly can you start?
We walk the building within the week and send a written scope and quote within 48 hours. Cleaning starts on the date we agree, so the handover from your current contractor is planned, not rushed.
What happens if something is missed?
You tell one Servicore contact and it gets fixed. Regular site checks with photo reports also catch issues early, often before residents or the board notice.
Can floor care be added to our cleaning schedule?
Yes. Carpet extraction, tile and grout cleaning, and hard-floor scrubbing, stripping and refinishing are scheduled alongside routine cleaning, around quieter building hours.
